- Issac Andrews spent less than approved for his music conference and the extra money was returned to Site Council.
III. Discussion Items
- Teacher attendance taking is an issue. Teachers are not taking attendance accurately which causes issues with Dean of Students and with parents who have access to the PIV. The decision was made to have the principal make an announcement to staff to be more diligent in taking attendance and then follow up with individual teachers as necessary.
- Idea Bank – several ideas were presented. There was an idea to have recycling out during locker clean out to encourage students to recycle paper. Also, announcements were discussed. There is an issue that students are not getting the announcements. A decision was made to change the format of announcements to organize them by grade level and then to reiterate the importance of reading announcements to staff.
IV. Reports
- Principal's Report/Updates
- Construction update. Construction on technology building is on schedule. P.E., Science and Industrial Technology have met with architects. There is some discussion at the District level of a possible renovation of the theater.

- PIV – we will be mailing PIV codes home with the school report cards.
- Climate – The students who vandalized the gym have been caught and are being held accountable for their actions.
- District Report Cards are out and we achieved a satisfactory rating. Our attendance has improved. Our drop out rating is at 3.7%
