Susan Goodman is the South Albany High School FACT (Families and Agencies Coming Together) representative who helps families and students in the Albany School District seeking access to health and social services.  She works with pregnant and parenting teens,  setting up HUD Housing,  Oregon Health Plan paperwork and many other services that may be helpful.  She can be reached at 967-4533 or 924-3720.
