Periwinkle PTT: 2008-09 School Year
PTT stands for Parents and Teachers Together, our name for our parent's club.
Organized to bring parents, guardians, grandparents, and other community members into a closer relationship with Periwinkle school.
PTT helps fund programs and activities such as Accelerated Reader, educational assemblies, Presidential Recognition Awards, classroom games and incentives, field trips, and the purchase of books for the children's enjoyment and learning at Periwinkle Elementary School.

Fundraising programs that can help your school
PTT collects and administers the following programs:
Albertson's Cards -- Contact the PTT to get this card. It must be scanned by the cashier each time you make a purchase. A small percentage of your purchase will then be given to the PTT. We have received over $400 a year through this program. The cards can be used at any Albertson's store
Target Designated School -- Target will donate a percentage of all purchases made using either your Target card or the Target Visa card. School must be designated in advance. See Target for details.
Foster Farms -- Labels from selected products have codes that can be registered to designate PTT to receive a small donation.
Periwinkle School collects and administers the following programs:
Box Tops for Education -- Look for the label on specially marked boxes of General Mills cereal, cake mixes, and other products. Clip labels and return to the school. They will be redeemed by the school for ten cents each.
Campbell's Labels for Education -- Not just soup! Any marked labels can be saved and brought to the school. They are redeemed for cash by the school. All labels you collect may be returned to the school, either through the office or your child's class.
WaMoola -- If you have a Washington Mutual Bank checking account, you may designate Periwinkle to receive a small amount for each Debit Card transaction you make. You may contact Washington Mutual for more details. [LINK http://www.wamoolaforschools.com/faq.aspx]
