Q: When is your first day of school?
A: Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008
Q: What time does school begin?
A: 8:15am - Tardies begin at 8:16am
Q: When do Wednesday half days begin?
A: The second day of school - Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008.
Q: Can I get a copy of Oak's school supply list?
A: Yes. We have copies for you in the office, just come on in. Or if for your convenience you can download a PDF copy of the school supply list here:

Q: How will I know what bus route my student will be taking?
A: There are three options for you to find your student's bus route:
1. Please click on "Departments" button on district web site, (Greater Albany Public Schools Main Web Page) and that will lead you to the district transportation link.
2. The Albany Democrat Herald newspaper will be printing out the district bus route on the Saturday before school starts (8/30/08).
3. Please call the Oak office staff. We're happy to help.
