2007-2008 Technology Priorities
This is the order by which we are prioritizing our work load for the 2007-08 school year:
- District wide network issues - problems affecting the entire district
- School wide network issues - problems affecting the entire school, or MealTime issues
- IDF failure - problems affecting a wing or other large area or building
- Desktop issues - Administrators, their support staff or Special Education machines
- Computer lab issues (a lab is down) or an iSeries (AS400) problem
- Network Administration - Novell, email and student accounts
- Teacher machines
- Preparing and setting up new computers
- Student machines
- Networked printers
- Other issues
